CC 221 - Global Political CommunicationCredits: 4 This course explores the strategies and impacts of political communication on a global scale, with the goal of training students to discern and understand mass media’s role in politics. It equips students with analytical models to comprehend international political outreach, engagement, and persuasion, aiming for students to critically understand non-Western national politics and international public diplomacy. Topics will range from global communication strategies, permanent political campaigning, to the influence of media on international relations.
