CC 262 - Professional Communication

This course sharpens communication skills essential for global professional environments, training students to effectively engage in various professional interactions. It deconstructs the forms and genres of professional communication, with the goal of students leaving with the ability to execute impactful briefings, presentations, interviews, and leading a variety of meetings. Topics of discussion may include, but are not limited to: communication style in professional contexts, importance of public speaking theory, incorporating feedback and criticism, and ethics/power in professional interactions.
