CC 305 - Communication Research Methods

Credits: 4
This course introduces students to the importance of social scientific methods for researching communication phenomena. Throughout the course, students will be taught how to identify issues worthy of research, and students will be instructed to both critically evaluate the research of others as well as conducting their own studies. A variety of research methodologies including critical, rhetorical, quantitative, and qualitative are covered.
