CC 357 - LeadershipCredits: 4 This course explores ethical leadership theories and practices within contemporary political and organizational settings as well as the inherent, powerful role communication plays in constructing leadership. The class also explores how leadership impacts specific communities, exploring diverse contexts, including cross-cultural applications and communication strategies. Through a study of motivational theories, diversity considerations, and case studies, students are equipped to lead with integrity and effectiveness. The curriculum fosters a deep understanding of how to organize and motivate people, preparing students to navigate leadership challenges in a variety of environments.
