CC 415 - Mediation, Facilitation, and Dialogue

Credits: 4
This course examines the theory and practice of third-party-guided dispute resolution, focusing on training students to effectively mediate conflicts, facilitate discussions, and foster dialogue. This class is heavily interactive and often employs case studies/role playing to advance learning. Throughout the course, we explore various dispute resolution methods, aiming for students to develop skills in mediation, and dialogue.
