This course unveils communication practices that promote well-being and positive relationships, aiming to train students in fostering compassion and connection through effective communication. Topics could include: expanding empathy, active listening, nonviolent communication, expressing gratitude, humor, positive leadership, and the role of communication in justice and forgiveness. Through critical engagement with theory and research, students also develop practical skills for enhancing interpersonal and organizational interactions.
