PB 470 - Topics in Community Publishing

Credits: 4
Enables students to collaborate with community partners on publishing projects. Students learn professional skills, which may include researching, writing, editing, and designing, in an experiential setting. They also gain knowledge of fast-paced working environments, professional relationships, deadlines, and project management. Examples of partners include the Boston Globe Magazine and Artists for Humanity. Some topics may have a course prerequisite or require permission from the instructor.
