PB 483 - Magazine EditingCredits: 4 Provides students with an understanding of the magazine editing process. Topics range from idea generation and story selection to the mechanics of editing, the editorial process, and the somewhat elusive topic of the role of the editor. Students address such issues as story focus, direction, topicality, structure, sense of audience, and voice, often through studying popular magazines with long and interesting histories.
