MK 639 - Entertainment MarketingCredits: 4 This course considers the power of media representation, encourages students to recognize patterned representational problems, and asks students to engineer creative fixes (in entertainment content, brands, and messaging), in order to foster greater diversity and inclusivity in entertainment fields. Students will understand and investigate the relationship between theory and practice via theories about media production, reproduction, and representation, and then analyzing productions that exemplify these theories in action.
