TH 144 - Costume Construction I

This introductory level course has students exploring basic costume construction to build a foundation for more advanced construction practices and allow them to feel comfortable in a costume shop environment. Students learn construction terminology, equipment usage, basic sewing techniques, and are to construct from a basic pattern. Skills built in this course will allow them to advance to the level 2 course for more advanced topics of costume construction.
