DA 335 - Intermediate/Advanced Tap Dance Technique

Building on students’ foundational knowledge of tap dance fundamentals, this course expands the dancer’s skill and contextualizes tap dance within the historical, cultural, and social histories that shape tap dance. Students explore technical exercises to build and strengthen vocabulary and improvisational opportunities to gain a deeper and more personal relationship with the material.

Course Restrictions: Requires permission of Dance Area Head.
