BC 311 - Strategic Management and Analytical Decision Making

Credits: 4
Explores new levels of complexity to concepts learned in previous classes with a focus on strategy and decision making. Students use case studies, trade articles, contemporary and classic frameworks, including data analytics, as well as in-class lectures, group exercises, and discussions. Students apply their understanding of how business principles, legal frameworks, government regulations, organizational structures, diverse workforces, and customer and stakeholder expectations shape the way contemporary companies conduct business in today’s global markets.

Prerequisite(s)/Corequisite(s): BC 310  and MB 310  
Course Restrictions: Junior or Senior standing required
