CC 266 - Conflict and Negotiation

This course seeks to understand the dynamics of conflict and the strategies for negotiation, with the goal of training students to adeptly navigate and resolve disputes. The class will explore the theory and analysis of conflict, aiming for students to acquire the skills necessary for negotiation and conflict resolution in a variety of contexts such as business/professional and relational/personal. Subjects may include analysis of everyday conflicts, negotiation tactics, mediation processes, and the study of arbitration systems.
