MK 220 - Understanding Consumers

Credits: 4 credits

Examines people in the context of their role as contemporary consumers. Surveys theories of consumer decision-making and behavior and the dominant approaches used to understand consumers today. Emphasis is placed on the role and application of understanding consumers in marketing communications campaign strategy, planning, and management.

Prerequisite(s)/Course Restrictions: MK 121  and Sophomore standing.
