VM 202 - Critical Listening

Credits: 4 credits

Provides a study of the psycho-acoustic perception and analysis of classical and contemporary use of sound in the media. Students identify and define acoustic variables, comparing past and present recordings in all media. Prerequisites: VM 131 and VM 134 and sophomore standing. (Semester varies)
