Poetry Minor

At least 16 credits, including both literature and writing courses, devoted to poetry. The literature courses must be numbered 300 or above; the writing courses at 200 or above.

LI 413 - The Forms of Poetry: Theory and Practice
WR 212 - Introduction to Creative Writing: Poetry
WR 312 - Intermediate Creative Writing: Poetry
WR 405 - Advanced Seminar Workshop in Poetry

Note:

Students may also select from LI topics courses (different topics are offered each semester)
when they explicitly focus on poetry.
