PB 695 - E-Book Design and Production

Covers the creation, design, and distribution of e-books in reflowable and fixed layout formats. The course covers the current specification and changes within the industry and explores how e-texts are created for e-readers and tablets. Students learn the necessary InDesign skills to produce an accessible digital text in the EPUB and Amazon Kindle formats. Course assumes students have necessary computer skills.
