MI 498 - Interdisciplinary Studies Senior CapstoneCredits: 4 In a directed study, students work closely with a faculty supervisor in designing and carrying out an interdisciplinary Senior Capstone project for credit. Course may substitute 4 of the 8 required credits of MI 490 Senior Seminar: Capstone in Interdisciplinary Studies.
Prerequisite(s): MI 390 or HS 390 Course Restrictions: Senior standing, 3.0 GPA, Interdisciplinary Studies majors only Liberal Arts Perspective(s): Note(s): May be repeated once for credit, with a minimum of 8 total Capstone credits and a maximum of 16 total Capstone credits spread over one year. Completion of the Undergraduate Directed Study/Project Contract that includes permission of the instructor and dean are required prior to the end of the examination period of the preceding semester. No more than 8 credits of any combination of directed projects and directed studies may be counted towards graduation requirements.
