MB 300 - Managing Business Operations

Credits: 4
Explores how businesses function: the operational structure, operating theories and practices, resource management and activities that produce or deliver the goods and services of a business. It includes the management of personnel, materials, equipment, and informational resources that a business needs to produce and deliver its goods and services. The course examines how businesses are organized, and how the various departments within a business such as Marketing, Sales, Production, Finance, IT, Organizational Culture and Human Resources work together. 
 

Prerequisite(s)/Corequisite(s): BC 205  or MB 200 .
