TH 140 - Rendering

Introduction to the visual languages and practical skills required to communicate a design idea. Focuses on observation, drawing and painting through a series of hands-on projects. Students will practice techniques in still-life drawing, perspective drawing, figure drawing, color mixing and painting via a variety of mediums. In addition to traditional techniques, this course includes an introduction to digital art and Photoshop.

Course Restrictions: BFA Design/Technology and BFA Stage and Screen Design/Technology majors only
